for Orion Crown Global Mrs. India

By registering and participating in the Orion Crown Global Mrs. India pageant, all contestants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The participant must be a female of Indian origin (by birth or ancestry).
- Age category: 18 years and above.
- Both married, divorced, separated, and single women are eligible (as per category).
- Participants must hold a valid passport or government-issued ID.
2. Registration, Payment & Refund Policy
- The pageant is powered by Innomedia, and all registration and participation payments must be made directly to Innomedia.
- The registration fee and participation charges are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- In exceptional and genuine cases, participants may be moved to the next season, subject to approval by the judges and the organizing committee.
- Submitting the registration form and payment confirms the participant’s intent to compete and acceptance of all terms stated herein.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel any application without stating a reason.
3. Conduct & Participation
- Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, discipline, and decorum throughout the event.
- Any form of misconduct, misrepresentation, or unethical behavior may result in immediate disqualification.
- Attendance at all training sessions, rehearsals, interviews, and official events is mandatory unless excused in writing.
- The organizer’s decisions regarding shortlisting, judging, scoring, and elimination are final and binding.
4. Title & Representation Terms
- The 3 top winners will enter into a three-year contractual agreement with Orion Crown, during which they must exclusively represent and promote the Orion Crown brand.
- Other titleholders will remain in contract with Orion Crown for one year following their crowning.
- Winners and titleholders agree to participate in brand promotions, events, interviews, and collaborations as requested by the organizers during their tenure.
5. Brand Usage & Permissions
- The Orion Crown name, logo, and title (e.g., Mrs. India Winner, 1st Runner-Up, etc.) are intellectual property of the organizers.
- No participant, winner, or titleholder may use the Orion Crown brand name or title for personal promotion, endorsement, or collaboration with any third party without written permission from the organizing committee.
- Unauthorized use of the brand name, logo, or title may result in termination of the title and legal action.
6. Image Rights & Publicity
- By participating, contestants grant Orion Crown Global Mrs. India and Innomedia the full right to use their images, videos, interviews, and likeness for promotional, media, and marketing purposes, without additional consent or compensation.
- Participants waive any claims to royalties or payments related to such promotional use.
7. Attire & Presentation
- Contestants must comply with all dress codes, grooming, and performance guidelines provided by the organizing team.
- Any costume, act, or presentation deemed inappropriate, offensive, or culturally insensitive will not be permitted.
8. Disqualification
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Provides false or misleading information.
- Fails to follow event rules or deadlines.
- Displays unprofessional or disrespectful conduct.
- Violates any terms stated herein.
9. Results & Titles
- All decisions made by the judging panel are final and cannot be challenged.
- Titleholders must uphold the reputation of Orion Crown and are expected to act as ambassadors of the brand with dignity and professionalism.
- Any breach of conduct may result in revocation of the title and withdrawal of associated privileges.
10. Liability
- The organizers, partners, and affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during participation.
- Participants are encouraged to obtain their own medical and travel insurance.
11. Confidentiality
- All grooming materials, training content, and communication shared during the pageant are confidential and may not be disclosed or reproduced without written consent.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
- All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City/Country of Organization].
