These finalists then undergo 3 to 4 months of intensive training and grooming sessions led by international experts and industry icons — covering everything from ramp walk and public speaking to self-presentation and purpose-driven leadership. It’s not just a competition; it’s a complete transformation into the woman you aspire to be.
